We can provide sponsorship and/or limited quantities of product samples for some health events. However, as we receive many requests each year, we must make difficult decisions about our support.
In order to evaluate and process your request, we need specific information about your institution and event. Please submit a typed letter with the following information 60 days prior to your event date:
1. Name/Title/Mailing address 2. Shipping address (Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes) 3. Event/Date of event—brief description of event 4. Target audience—number, gender, interest/motivation about health, special needs 5. Product requested 6. Nutrition messages you are promoting 7. How you intend to acknowledge and/or incorporate General Mills' product into your event and nutrition messages
